Chris Jennings

Chris Jennings, currently residing in San Francisco's Inner Sunset neighborhood, is an M.F.A. candidate in fiction at San Francisco State University. A native of Destrehan, Louisiana, he graduated cum laude from Loyola University New Orleans, with a B.A. in journalism, English, and ballet. He served as editor in chief of Loyola's student newspaper, The Maroon, as well as a semester as a fiction intern at The New Orleans Review. He's the baby of the gorilla press' staff and, like, totally smart and stuff.

Dan Lau

Dan Lau is a Kundiman Fellow, William Dickey Award recipient and a native of Queens, New York. Currently, he is pursuing a MA in English, Creative Writing at San Francisco State University. His poems have appeared or are forthcoming in The Collagist, CRATE, The Olive Tree Review, and Voices Wandered: An Anthology of Poetry and Art by Asian American Youth.

Mariama Lockington

Mariama Lockington has self-published two poetry chapbooks, Mama Blue; 2006 and Plucked; 2007 and was published in The Comstock Review poetry journal in 2009. She is the co-founder of the adoption blog, www.bicthyouleftme.com, and performs spoken word around The Bay Area. Mariama has taught writing workshops for YouthSpeaks, Making Waves, LYRIC, Geneva Car Barn and Power House and various other youth organizations. She holds a Masters in Education from Lesley University and is currently earning her MFA in Poetry from San Francisco State University.

Jason Schenheit

Jason Reinhard Schenheit, is an all sorts writer, and survivor, living in San Francisco. After serving five years in the United States Marine Corps he perused his undergraduate degree in writing. He is now a MFA candidate at San Francisco State University and works on the staff with Fourteen Hills Magazine: A SFSU Review and co-coordinates a weekly reading series called VelRo. Works of his have been published by The Bravura, Oh!Cat Magazine, and AS IS.
